摘要
结合人体软组织在温度影响下的力学特性,应用不同温度和不同加温部位,比较分析静态拉伸训练对髋关节动态运动幅度的影响,找出在温度影响下的较好的柔韧训练方法。结果发现,在静态拉伸训练时,对拉伸部位加温会增强相应关节的动态运动幅度的训练效果;在本实验的加温条件下,加热肌腱部位对关节动态运动幅度的提高效果要比加热肌腹部位好;在人体可以承受的加温所用的温度范围内,使用较高的温度比使用较低的温度进行拉伸训练对提高关节动态运动幅度的效果要好,但没有显著性的差异。
This study attempted to develop a new flexibility -training method combining the temperature actor and to compare the training effects of static stretching exercise on hip dynamic ROM under difterent temperatures and different heating parts. The result shows that in static stretching training, heating the stretched parts can improve the dynamic ROM training effect, and heating the tendon parts can improve the dynamic ROM of hip joint better than the muscle belly parts. The effects of higher or lower temperature in improving training effect of the joint dynamic ROM do not result in significant differences.
