摘要
侦(侦察)-控(控制)-打(打击)-评(评估)是一个复杂的目标打击过程,侦控打评一体化的关键是时间指标的优化和控制,结合图论技术,研究了基于图论的侦控打评一体化时间指标优化和控制方法,提出了目标打击全过程的一体化监视与控制的新思路,从目标打击过程的整体性和全局性寻求解决措施,提升打击时间敏感目标的能力,对察打一体等方面研究应用有较好的参考价值,对打击时间敏感目标技术研究有较好的指导意义。
Reconnaissance-Control-Strike-Evaluate（RCSE）integration is a complex process of striking target.Its key is time optimization and control.Based on Graph Theory,this paper analyses the arithmetic of RCSE integrated technology of time,and provides a new method of integrated monitor and control,it advances ability of striking target and gives the help of research on Time-Sensitive-Targeting.
