采用引进的德国IPSEN公司的连续等温正火炉解决了精锻齿坯正火的质量问题 ,消除了齿坯正火后出现的粒状贝氏体和带状组织 。
The normalizing quality of precision-forged gear blank has been improved upon by virtue of Ipsen Continuous isothermal normalizing furnace made in Germany.As a result of this,granular bainite and banded structure formed during the normalizing process are eliminated,and the product output has been increased.
