摘要
以实例方式剖析了供水建设项目的社会稳定风险,重点从合法性、合理性、可行性、可控性几个方面提出建设项目可能存在的社会稳定风险因素,并对各风险因素进行分析、识别与估计,预判建设项目的社会稳定风险程度。
Approaching from the legitimacy , rationality, feasibility and controllability , Social stability risk factors that being possi-bly existed in construction projects has been proposed and analyzed , recognized and estimated .In the end social stabitity risk of construction projects can be antipated.
