摘要
随着信用信息使用的日益广泛,人民银行分支行个人信用报告临柜查询量呈爆发式增长。为制定有效的分流政策、缓解临柜查询压力,必须首先精准把握查询量的变化规律。以2010年来的全国临柜月查询量为基础,重点对月查询量的增长性趋势、季节性趋势和随机变化成分进行分析。分析得出的规律符合实际数据,可以作为人民银行分支行查询量监控和预测的依据。
With increasingly widespread use of credit information, the volume of counter query for personal creditreports at the People' s Bank of China ( PBC ) branches showed explosive growth. In order to formulate effectiveseparate-and-guide-client policies and ease the counter query pressure, first of all, we must grasp the variation ofthe accurate query volume. Based on the counter query volume throughout China on a monthly basis in 2010, an a-nalysis is focused on monthly query volume growth trends, seasonal trends and random variation component. Theregular patterns obtained are in line with the actual data and can be used as basis for the PBC branches monitoringand forecasting query volume.
