西部地区突出二元经济结构 ,是实施西部大开发战略必须正视的课题。文章阐释了西部地区二元经济结构的特殊性 ,论证了西部地区二元经济结构对西部大开发的一系列不利影响 。
The dualistic economic structure ,which is very striking in the western region, is an important problem that we must face squarely while carring out the strategy of opening up to the West .The article explains the particularity of the dualistic economic structure in the western region and demonstrates that the dualistic economic structure in the western region has a series of harmful effects on the opening up to the West. The purpose of this article is to illustrate that opening up to the West is a long-term and hard historical task.
