摘要
针对正在进行研制的专用电火花线切割加工机床,自主研制了一种高频脉冲电源。利用SG3525作半桥专用脉冲发生器,16位高性能单片机控制脉冲的频率和占空比,实现了输出脉冲的频率、电压和占空比连续可调。使用IGBT专用驱动后,当加工出现短路时能立即对驱动信号进行软关断,防止IGBT因过流而损坏,极大地提高了脉冲电源在短路发生时的可靠性。用压频芯片对间隙电压进行V/F转换,提高了间隙电压检测的精度和速度,实现了加工间隙电压检测的智能控制。设计了基于触摸屏控制的人机交互界面,将脉冲电源的控制与运动平台的控制有机地统一起来,操作更方便。
For developing dedicated WEDM machine,a high-frequency pulse power supply isdeveloped independently. SG3525 for exclusive used as the half-bridge pulse generator,16-bit high-performance microcontroller controlling pulse frequency and duty cycle,the output pulse frequency,voltage and duty cycle are continuously adjustable. Using IGBT exclusive driver,while a short circuitoecured,the drive signal soft is immediately turn off,so that IGBT is avoided to damage due to over-current,which improves greatly the reliability of pulse power. V/F converter improve the detectionaccuracy and speed of the gap voltage,and it realizes also intelligent control of the machining gapvoltage detector. The interactive interface based on touchscreen control is designed. The control pulsepower and motion control platform for organic unity, the operation is more convenient.
