摘要
血液透析低血压（ IDH）是维持性血液透析（ MHD）过程中常见的并发症之一，其在血液透析过程中的发生率可达到20%-30%。低血压不仅会对患者的肾功能造成进一步的损害，而且会导致其他器官的缺血性伤害及病变。本文对维持性血液透析患者透析中低血压发病的危险因素及其对预后的影响进行了总结，以期能够减少和避免血液透析低血压的发生，为防治提供依据。
Intradialytic hypotension（ IDH ）is one of the most common complications in maintenance hemodialysis （ MHD）. The incidence of IDH is as high as 20% -30%. IDH can cause further damage to the renal function of patients. What′more,it will cause ischemia and damage to other organs. The article summarized the risk factors for IDH among MHD patients, in order to reduce and prevent the incidence of hypotension in hemodialysis.
