摘要
高等职业教育要想有大的发展，需借鉴国外发达国家在高职教育中的成功经验，转变教育观念，明确培养目标和完善课程体系。通过分析国外高职教育人才培养模式和我国高职教育面临的问题，提出了我国高职教育改革的方法，学习借鉴国外先进职教理念，办出自己的特色，使我国高职教育更快、更健康的发展。
In order to develop greatly, higher vocation education in China needs to learn the successful experience of vocational edu- cation from developed countries, change concepts of education, clear training objectives and improve the curriculum. By analyzing the talents cultivation mode of vocational education in foreign countries, and the problems that vocational education in China faces, the paper puts forward the methods to reform vocational education in China, learns the advanced concepts from foreign countries, de- velops its own characteristics, so that the higher vocational education in China can achieve faster and more healthy development.
