摘要
目的探讨老年上消化道出血的相关因素及临床治疗效果。方法选取2012年5月-2013年9月我院住院的老年上消化道出血86例作为观察组，选取同期于我院进行治疗的中青年上消化道出血患者84例作为对照组。观察两组的出血原因、临床特征及临床疗效。结果观察组中胃溃疡、胃癌所致的出血的发生率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），而因食管静脉曲张及十二指肠溃疡的出血发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。因上腹痛就诊患者观察组明显低于对照组；因无明显上消化道出血，但具有呕血黑便、贫血症状的患者多于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治愈率观察组低于对照组，复发率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论老年上消化道出血患者症状不典型、耐受性差、易发生并发症，治愈率低，复发率高，在临床治疗过程中需给予重视。
Objective To explore the related factors of 86 cases and clinical observation on the treatment of elderly upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 86 cases of tract bleeding as the observation group from 2012 May -2013 year in September my courtyard hospital elderly upper gastrointestinal, 84 patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital as the control group of were selected in the treatment of youth digest. The clinical features and the clinical curative effect observation, bleeding in twogroups were all observed. Results The patients in observation group by bleeding gastric ulcer, gastric caneerinduced significantly higher than that of control group patients （P 〈 0.05）, duodenal ulcer, bleeding from esophageal varices induced significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The observation group was the proportion of patients with abdominal pain were lower than the control group; because of melena, anemia patients, but no obvious higher than that in the control group the proportion of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The cure rate in observation group than in the control group, the recurrence rate was higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Elderly patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract symptoms are not typical, tolerance is poor, prone to complications, low cure rate, recurrence rate is high, in the clinical course of treatment should be given more attention
