With the constant changes of the world environment and situation, diversified military mission has been one of the most important military missions around the world. Strengthening the ideological and moral education, persisting political belief, incubating the fighting spirits, enhancing the military and psychological qualities and increasing the actual treatment capabilities are the necessary ways to cultivate excellent military medical talents. Meanwhile, to establish efficient command systems, constantly improve the military health service security systems and the civil-military integration mechanisms are the main approaches to create the efficient military emergency support channels and to enhance the core capabilities of the military medical security.
