摘要
射频消融在肝肿瘤综合治疗中的应用日益广泛，学术地位逐渐提升。全面、系统认识肝肿瘤射频消融治疗相关并发症，对于进一步规范、推广以及提升其安全性具有重要意义。本文以肝肿瘤射频消融相关并发症发生发展的主要机制为视角，对并发症进行了新的分类，并对其机制及防治策略进行了阐述。
Radiofrequency ablation （RFA） is increasingly used in the treatment of liver tumors, and its therapeutic role is gradually and widely accepted. Adequate and comprehen- sive knowledge on the complications arising from RFA treatment of liver tumors is of great importance to further promote and standardize its safe application. In this paper, a new classification on complications arising from RFA treatment for liver tumors was proposed. Based on the mechanisms of these complications, their management and preventive strategies were discussed.
