The online state monitoring and control system of CMC-2 air pump unit is introduced.The monitoring principle,system structure,design method of hardware and software are discussed detailedly.It has very clear characteristics at the aspects of advantage and project practicability.The practice application shows that the monitoring data has provided the technology basis for device maintenance,overhaul,and replacing,and has effectively prevented some destructiveness bearing troubles.
