摘要
中小企业的健康发展对于我国经济的稳定发展具有极其重要的作用。但是由于融资难、技术创新能力不足、人才流失严重、法律风险问题以及社会服务缺失等制约因素的影响,我国中小企业的发展正面临着重重困难。通过对这些制约因素以及它们之间关系的分析,认为在建立促进中小企业发展的外部支持体系中,只有充分发挥政府政策影响作用,综合构建融资服务机制、技术创新机制、人力资源管理机制、法律风险预防机制、社会服务机制,才能实现我国中小企业稳定、健康的发展。
The healthy development of small and medium enterprises plays an important role in the stable development of Chi-na’s economy.Whatever,due to the impact of some restraint including difficult financing,insufficiency of the technology inno-vation capability,brain drain,law venture and the lack of social services,there are difficulties in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.Based on the analysis of these restraint and the relations among them,concluded about the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises’development by the establishment of the external support system.If on-ly take full advantage of the government policy,make a comprehensive construction the financing service system,technology in-novation mechanism,human resource management mechanism,legal risk prevention mechanism and social service mechanism, small and medium-sized enterprises will achieve the stable and healthy development.
