摘要
总结了9例咽旁茎突后间隙神经鞘膜瘤手术患者的护理。术前的心理支持和充分的术前准备,术后加强饮食及体位指导,严密观察并预防出血、感染、神经损伤、腮腺漏等并发症,做好预防性气管切开的护理,出现异常及时治疗及处理,是保证患者顺利康复的关键。本组患者均获随访,随访时间3个月-3年,未见复发。
This paper summarized the perioperative nursing of Preoperative psychological support ,full preoperative preparation, enhancing diet and posture after surgery Guide, strict observation and prevention of bleeding, infection, nerve damage, complications of Parotid gland leakage, careful nursing of preventive tracheotomy, the abnormal timely treatment and processing, is the key to ensure patients recover smoothly. This group of patients have been followed up, follow-up time is 3 months to 3 years, and found no recurrence.
