摘要
采用二聚酸、共聚酸、乙二胺与哌嗪合成出可用于热熔胶的二聚酸型聚酰胺 (PA)树脂 ,研究了上述合成组成与PA树脂基本性能 ,如软化点、拉伸强度、玻璃化温度与熔融粘度等之间的关系 ;同时也探讨了合成组成对PA树脂用作热熔胶时的剪切强度、剥离强度等的影响。
The polyamides synthesized from dimer acids, codicarboxylic acids, ethylenediamine and piperazine can be used for hot melt adhesives. The effect of the compositions on properties such as softening point, tensile strength, glass transition temperature and melt viscosity of the resulting polymides was studied. The effect of the compositions on T-Peel Strength and Lap Shear Strength of the polyamides used as hot melt adhesives was also stuied.
