摘要
分析了读书社团、勤工俭学学生和青年志愿者3个群体的特点,利用层次分析法给出高校图书馆学生管理员聘用群体的最优选择。
This paper analyzes the features of three student groups of reading club, work-study students and young w^lunteers, and by using the analytic hierarchy process, gives the optimal choice of employed groups of student librarians in university library.
