良性前列腺增生腔内治疗技术进展 被引量:6

摘要 良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)是一种常见于中老年男性的良性增生性病变,以下尿路梗阻为主要症状。尽管经尿道前列腺电切术(transurethral resection of the prostate,TURP)被确立为治疗前列腺增生症的金标准,随着现代医学技术的发展,不断有新的腔内治疗前列腺增生症的方法出现,以经尿道前列腺等离子双极汽化术(transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of the prostate,TUPKVP)和激光治疗为代表的新一代方法在临床应用中表现出越来越大的优势,本文对良性前列腺增生腔内治疗技术的进展情况进行总结,为临床应用提供理论依据。
