摘要
产业地产是工业地产的升级,代表着房地产在国家调控重压下的新的发展方向.近年来全国各地出现众多产业地产项目显示出它强劲的发展势头,但相较于国外的发展我国在这方面还处于初级阶段.作者就初级阶段产业地产开发模式进行分析,阐述各模式存在问题,总结提出自己建议,最后就其未来发展趋势发表自己看法.
Industrial property is industrial upgrading in real estate, representing the real estate regulation under the weight of the new development direction in the country. Occurred across the country in recent years many industry real estate projects shows its strong momentum of development, but compared with foreign development in this area it is still in the primary stage in our country. Authors analyze primary stage industry real estate development mode, expounds the mode problems, put forward their suggestions, finally giving his views on the trend of the future development.
