摘要
基于Richcel(丽赛)纤维的基本性能及主要物理指标,采用14.5 tex棉与Richcel混纺纱(70∶30)为原料,在4针道单面大圆机上开发了一款新型丽赛纤维棉混纺人字呢织物。阐述原料规格、设备参数、织针排列、三角排列等编织工艺,以及染整工艺及注意事项等,并给出了面料的基本技术参数。结果表明,Richcel纤维针织面料,具有导湿透气、手感柔软滑爽、悬垂性好、弹性极佳、染色鲜艳、光泽度好等特点,适合开发夏季环保型T恤等产品。
Based on the basic performance and main physical indexes of Richcel fiber, the paper develops a new kind of herringbone knitted fabric on single circular knitting machine by using 14.5 rex cotton/Richcel blendedyarn. It introduces in detail the knitting technology including raw material specification, equipment parameters, needle arrangement, cam arrangement, and the dyeing and finishing technology. In addition, the basic technological parameters are given. The resuhs show that this kind of new herringbone fabric possesses good moisture-permeability and air-permeability properties, smooth hand, good drapability, flexibility, bright color and so on, which is suitablefor developing environment-friendly knitted fabric.
