摘要
介绍了尿素粉尘回收系统工艺流程,分析在运行过程中存在的问题并找出改进方法及措施,以最大程度实现尿素粉尘回收系统的最优化运行。改造后,外排气中粉尘质量浓度降至50 mg/m3以下,每天可回收尿素2 t左右,效益显著。
The process of urea dust recovery system is introduced , and problems in operation are analyzed and improvement methods and measures are found , realizing to the most extent optimal operation of urea dust recovery system .After renovation , dust mass concentration in exhaust gas decreases to less than 50 mg/m3 , daily recovery of urea is about 2 t, the effect is remarkable .
