摘要
针对防喷器试压检测的片面性,同时克服超声、磁粉、渗透等探伤方法的缺点,采用声发射技术对防喷器进行动态探伤检测。通过制定检测规程,合理布置传感器,有效设置软件参数,能快速探测防喷器缺陷。通过对采集数据分析,发现和准确判定已有的微小裂纹的发育程度和未来趋势,可以对声发射源进行评定,从而确定缺陷的严重程度。
In allusion to the one-sidedness of pressure detection for blowout preventers and by avoiding the shortcomings of ultrasonic flaw detection,magnetic powder inspection and liquid penetrating detection,acoustic emission technique was used a dynamic flaw inspection for the blowout preventers.Based on the inspection specifications and rational sensor deployment and effective setting of software parameters,the defect of blowout preventers can be quickly detected.According to the analysis of collected data,the growth degree and trend of the detected cracks can be accurately found out,by which the acoustic emission source can be evaluated and the degree of severity of the defect is determined.
