摘要
MBHW610井位于准噶尔盆地莫北油气田莫116井区,是一口三开深水平井。该井二开采用钾钙基有机盐钻井液体系,通过KCl和有机盐OS-100复配增强抑制性;选择天然沥青粉和抗高温防塌降滤失剂改善泥饼质量,提高钻井液防塌性能;配合使用液体润滑剂和固体润滑剂提高钻井液润滑性,并通过严格落实短程提下钻等工程配套措施,解决了红色膏质泥岩蠕变、缩径及西山窑组煤层剥落垮塌问题。三开使用钾钙基混油钻井液体系,混入原油,增强钻井液润滑性。现场应用效果表明,钾钙基混油钻井液体系具有较强抑制性、较好的封堵防塌、润滑作用及抗污染能力,较好地解决了MBHW610井长裸眼井段井壁稳定及造斜水平段携带、润滑防卡难题。
Well MBHW610 was located in Wellblock Mo 116 of Mobei Oil and Gas Field in Junggar Basin,it was a third-spud deep horizontal well.Potassium and calcium based organic salt drilling fluid system was used in the second-spud drilling,potassium chloride(KCl)and organic salt(OS-100)were combined to enhance the drilling fluid inhibition;a natural asphalt powder and high temperature resisting fluid loss additiv with the function of anti-collapse were chosen to improve the mud cake quality and the anti-collapse capacity of drilling fluid;therefore.Therefore solid and liquid lubricants were applied to improve lubrication performance of drilling fluid,the problems of red gypsiferous mudstone creep and reduction,coal-seam spalling and collapse in Xishanyao Formation were solved by taking the measures of short distance trips.Potassium and calcium based oil emulsion drilling fluid system,which was mixed with crude oil to enhance its lubricating performance,was adopted in the third-spud drilling.Field application shows that the mixed drilling fluid system has good inhibition performance,good anti-collapse capacity,lubrication and anti-contamination.The problems of well stabilization,deflection and cuttings carrying capacity in horizontal section and improving the lubrication and prevention of drill-pipe sticking are solved in Well MBHW610.
