摘要
现代工程实践理论认为,建筑设计阶段是建筑项目价值形成的关键时期,必须严格把控,另外还要在符合工程造价控制原则的基础上加强工程造价管理。本文就设计阶段对建设项目工程造价控制的影响进行了研究和分析,并提出了相应的解决对策。
According to the theory of modern engineering practice, the construction design phase is the key period of the value formation of the construction project, so it must be strictly controlled. Also, strengthening the project cost management should be based on the principle of project cost control. In this paper, the influence of construction project cost control in the design phase is studied, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
