摘要
高校贫困生管理受奖优助贫公平难、普遍资助金额均匀难等问题制约,成为各高校的共同难题。高校应鼓励并积极发挥贫困生的主体作用,着力破解贫困生资助的分配困境,不断完善高校贫困生的管理模式。
The management of needy students in the universities is limited by problems , such as difficulties in equally awarding the top students while supporting the needy and those in equally and universally subsidizing, which is the common problem encountered by universities. The paper holds that the subjective role of needy students shall be brought into full play and efforts shall be made to tackle the distribution dilemma in subsidizing to optimize the management model.
