摘要
随着辽宁电网建设迅猛发展,输电线路设计遇到了一些新的问题,给输电工程建设的进度和投资带来了极大影响;针对这些问题进行归类、分析,从设计方案、路径方案、杆塔与基础规划3个方面开展论述并提出具体防治措施,为输电线路设计、建设和运行维护提供了有益参考。
It is an important routine work in grid corporations and an inner requirement of strengthening the strong smart grid in the new period to implement relevant rules and regulations in design of electric transmission lines. To prevent the common problems from appearing frequently, to enhance design levels and qualities and to construct safe and reliable, advanced and applicable, economic and reasonable, resource conservation, environment-friendly electrie transmission lines is our duty.
