X线表现阴性的踝关节扭伤患者骨与软组织损伤的发生情况分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的 评估X线表现阴性的踝关节扭伤患者骨与软组织损伤的发生情况.方法 X线表现阴性的踝关节扭伤患者270例,均行足踝部MRI检查并进行分析.结果 270例中有韧带损伤140例(51.8%),骨损伤175例(64.8%),肌腱损伤100例(37.0%).对单纯的韧带帆腱Ⅰ度损伤或Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级骨损伤的患者进行了7~10d的患肢制动.对韧带Ⅱ度损伤和Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级骨骼/肌腱损伤的患者采用部分负重石膏固定,历时2~3周.对韧带/骨Ⅲ级损伤的患者,采用历时4周的非负重石膏固定.对肌腱Ⅲ度损伤的患者,采用手术缝合,并予非负重石膏固定3周.均获得随访,随访时间3~6个月,均能回归正常生活,无疼痛,肿胀及踝关节活动受限.结论 对踝关节扭伤患者行MRI检查,有助于发现X线平片无法发现的骨与软组织损伤,避免漏诊和误诊.
