摘要
本文以光固化型的聚醚氨酯 (PU)与环氧树脂 (EP)为体系 ,由不同的组成比制备了一系列 PU/EP的 IPN材料 ,经力学性能测试 ,均显正协同效应 ,且协同效应的大小与聚合物网络的互穿程度有关 .而 PU/ EP交联网络结构的材料只显 PU/ EP的加和性而不显协同效应 ,从而进一步证明 IPN的协同效应源于 IPN的网络互锁环连的结构 。
In this paper, the interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) based on UV\|curing polyurethane (PU) and epoxy (EP) was studied. A series of IPN were formed by varying the PU/EP ratios. These IPN show synergism on their mechanical properties. These were explained as a result of interpenetrating networks and tangled chain. Different methods (simultaneous and sequential) of IPN preparation were adopted in order to confirm this fact. The results indicat that, the simultaneous IPN\-S have the best mechanical properties and a wider extent of interpenetrating as contrasting with the sequential IPN\-U and IPN\-R. Crosslinked polymer network of PU/EP has not synergism on the mechanical properties.
