摘要
用双源真空蒸发制备CdS/CuInSe2多晶异质结薄膜太阳电池,并对电池的性能进行测试.在AM1.5,100mW/cm2的碘钨灯下,对1cm2的太阳电池测得其最大转换效率为6.2%.
The CuInSe2 polycrystalline heterojunction-film solar cells are preparated by using the double source vacuum deposition method and the properties of the cells are measured.By using an illuminating AM 1.5,100 mW/cm2 iodile-tungsten lamp,the highest efficiency of the solar cells is measured to be 6.2%.
