摘要
对APMP废液的主要组分进行了定性和定量分析,并将APMP废液与不同类型PAM(高分子质量PAM、低分子质量PAM、两性交联型PAM)和Al2(SO4)3按照一定比例复配,以替代部分淀粉用于瓦楞原纸表面施胶。同时,探讨了不同类型PAM及其用量对瓦楞原纸性能的影响。研究结果表明,加入相对分子质量为1000万的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的表面施胶剂对瓦楞纸强度性能的提高最显著,且Cobb30值最低。
In this study, the main components of APMP effluent were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. APMP effluent was mixed with different types and various amounts of PAM and Al2 ( SO4 ) 3 and used in replacing part of starch for corrugating medium surface sizing. The resuits showed that CPAM with molecular weight of 10 million had the most excellent strengthening effect and contributed the best water proof property
