静脉动脉化在手外科中的研究与进展 被引量：6

摘要 断指再植、足趾移植再造、皮瓣转移游离等所有手外科中牵涉动脉→动脉吻合供血的修复移植组织，时常遇到动脉→动脉吻合失败且无法用血管移植来挽救的窘境，此时用动脉→静脉吻合供血方式代替原先动脉→动脉吻合供血方式，将动脉血逆瓣膜灌注静脉内，进行非生理性物质交换，能成功挽救修复移植的组织。本文将静脉动脉化治疗的国内外文献作一综述，旨在探讨静脉动脉化在恰当时期更好的应用。
