摘要
目的：探讨综合性干预在高龄人工全髋关节置换术的应用价值。方法：对2010年8月-2012年2月我科收治患者118例,128髋,对采用人工全髋关节置换术治疗的老年患者进行术前、术后护理干预、疼痛干预、并发症的防治及功能锻炼等一系列护理干预。结果：术后随访（6-12）个月髋关节功能恢复优87%,良10%,差3%。结论：人工髋关节置换术创伤较大,患者为高龄,合并症多,护理干预措施促进了髋关节功能的早日恢复,提高了患者的自护水平和生活质量。
Objective：Discussion on the application value of the comprehensive intervention in elderly patients’ total hip replacement surgery.Methods：A series of interventions are conducted on the elderly patients who received total hip replacement, selected from the 118 in-patient cases and 128 hips cured during Aug 2010 to Feb 2012 in our department, including pre-surgery intervention, post-surgery intervention, pain intervention, prevention and cure of complications and functional exercise.Results：6-12 months recovery survey resulted in 87%excellent functional recovery, 10%good recovery and 3%poor recovery.Conclusion：hip arthroplasty replacement surgery causes greater devastation with many complications for elderly patients. Nursing intervention promotes earlier recovery and help patients improve their self-nursing level and living quality.
