摘要
随着国库集中支付改革的深入推进,商业银行代理国库集中支付业务模式弊端日益显现。为此,本文应用SWOT分析方法,对中国人民银行直接办理国库集中支付业务的可行性进行分析,并结合分析结论,对推动中国人民银行直接办理国库集中支付业务提出建议。
Along of Commercial Banks＇ with the further promotion of the reform of State Treasury Centralized Payment , the drawbacks agent transactions of State Treasury Centralized Payment are fore , this article uses SWOT analytic method to analyze the feasibility of PBC＇ s direct increasingly showing up. There-handling of State Treasury Centralized Payment transactions and gives suggestions about pushing forward People Bank＇ s direct-handling of State Treasury Centralized Payment transactions based on the analysis conclusion.
