摘要
研制了与实装相一致的外装式艉轴机械密封的试验台,该试验台能实现对试验装置机械密封泄漏量、密封端面温度、介质压力等参数的有效测量。进行了机械密封试验,试验结果与理论分析一致,验证了该试验台的可靠性。
A externally mounted mechanical seal testing device of marine stern shaft was designed. It can take effective measurement of the leakage, seal surface temperature and medium pressure, etc. A mechanical seal experiment was taken, whieh show the uniformity of testing result and theory analysis and verified the reliability of the device.
