摘要
采用双回转双送进的轧制方式,能有效提高冷轧管机的生产率,而传统的液压控制机构只能用于"单回单送",所以必须开发设计用于双回双送的液压控制机构。通过对液压控制原理的分析,提出了该新型控制机构的设计方法;通过对关键零部件的理论计算与结构设计,得出了该机构各控制阀块与活塞杆匹配的结构图。经专家和企业共同评审,该机构控制原理新颖,结构简单合理,完全符合设计要求,经相关企业实际应用效果良好。
To improve the productivity of the cold rolling pipe machine, a new hydraulic control mechanism with double circuit and moving is presented, which is better performance than the traditional single circuit and moving one. The design method is advanced under the analysis of the function and working principle. The key parts used to control new mechanism has been computed and designed explicitly, and matching diagram of the control valve and piston rod used in the new mechanism is presented. According to the conclusion offered by experts and enterprises, the new mechanism has the advantages of novel principle, simple and reasonable structure. It meets the design requirements fully and its performance is testified in the practical application.
