摘要
针对舰艇上现有的液压作动器系统体积较大,安装、维护比较复杂的问题,设计一套机电作动器系统,以取代液压作动器系统。首先进行机电作动器系统方案的设计,根据所需推力及寿命要求,合理设计电动缸的结构。建立机电作动器的AMESim模型,仿真分析其跟踪性能以及刚度对跟踪性能的影响,并从实验的角度分析研究它的动态特性。通过与液压作动器进行对比,发现机电作动器不但结构简单紧凑,体积小,而且动态性能明显优于液压作动器。
Aim at the problem that the hydraulic actuator system on the submarine now is big and difficult to install and maintain, design an electromechanical actuator system to replace it. First design the system project of the electromechanical actuator. Based on the requirements of load and life, designed the structure of electric cylinder. Analysis the tail performance and how can rigidity affect it through simulation. Then, analyze the dynamic characteristics of it through experiments, and made comparison with hydraulic actuator. It can be found that not only the electromechanical actuator is simpler in structure, smaller in volume, but also its dynamic characteristics is better than hydraulic actuator.
