摘要
该论文以得到等减速缓冲的理想减速特性为目标,给出了多孔式液压缓冲器的孔数、孔径以及孔坐标位置等结构参数的设计计算方法,建立了多孔式液压缓冲器的AMESim模型,并通过仿真分析,针对实例,证实了所设计的缓冲器能够达到工程要求,为多孔式液压缓冲器的设计提供了参考。
Aiming at getting the constant deceleration buffering motion, the design and calculation methods for working out the structure parameters such as damping hole's number, size and coordinate position of multi-orifice hydraulic buffer are provided. And the AMESim model of muhi-orifice hydraulic buffer is established. By analyzing simulation model and results, taking practical design as an example, confirms the design of the hydraulic buffer can meet the engineering requirements, providing reference for the design of multi-orifice hydraulic buffer.
