摘要
针对预防性维护在轨道交通通信系统运行保障工作中的重要性,结合实际应用情况,阐述了通信设备预防性维护质量管理流程PDCA管理循环;介绍了标准化、精细化管理PDCA四个阶段的具体做法及实际应用经验;采用由表及里、循序渐进的方式,剖析了标准精细化管理对提高通信设备预防性维护质量,进而保证通信设备运行可靠性的积极作用。
In view of the importance of preventive maintenance in the operation support of the communication system in rail transit system, the PDCA management cycle of quality management process in preventive maintenance of the communication equipment is explained in combination with practical application together with specific method of standardization and fine management of the four stages of PDCA cycle and the practical experience. The positive role of standard fine management in improving the quality of preventive maintenance of communication equipment and ensuring the reliability of communication equipment is analyzed.
