摘要
介绍了一种在不同应力状态下,结构钢材的疲劳极限测试方法,该测试方法以不同应力状态为条件,通过测试疲劳极限,获取材料的S-N曲线(应力与循环次数关系的曲线),并以广州市海珠桥结构用钢为实例工程,对该桥钢材进行疲劳极限测试。通过测试结果表明,该方法得到的结果可满足对钢材剩余寿命进行评估。
This paper introduces a under different stress states, the fatigue limit test method of steel structure, the test method at different stress state conditions, by testing the fatigue limit, S-N curve to obtain material(stress and cyclic number relationship curve), and to the Haizhu bridge with steel structure in Guangzhou city for example, the fatigue limit test of the bridge steel. The test results show that, the results can meet the assessment of the residual life of steel.
