外感受抑制实验在紧张型头痛中枢调控机制研究中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探求不同亚型紧张型头痛中枢调控机制。方法对三个亚型的病例及对照组进行外感受抑制实验,测定第一外感受抑制期(ESP1)和第二外感受抑制期(ESP2)的潜伏期及时程。结果偶发性紧张型头痛组ESP2潜伏期、时限与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);频发性紧张型头痛组及慢性紧张型头痛组与对照组比较,ESP2潜伏期延长、时限缩短(P<0.05);慢性紧张型头痛组与频发性紧张型头痛组比较,ESP2潜伏期延长、时限缩短更为显著(P<0.05)。结论偶发性紧张型头痛病人无明显中枢调控异常存在,频发性及慢性紧张型头痛病人均存在中枢性疼痛调控机制异常,慢性型程度甚于频发型。 Objective To explore the different subtypes of tension-type headache central modulating mechanism.Methods The 3 subtypes of patients and controls were tested exteroceptive suppression pattern , determined of ESP1, ESP2 latency and duration .Results Compared with the infrequent episodic tension-type headache group and control group , the difference of latency and duration of ESP 2 was not statistically significant ( P〉0.05);compared with the frequent episodic tension-type headache group and control group , compared with the chronic tension type headache group and control group , latency of ESP 2 prolongating , duration of ESP 2 shortening ( P〈0.05);compared with chronic tension type headache group and frequent episodic tension type headache group , prolongating latency of ESP 2 and shortening duration of ESP 2 was more significant ( P〈0.05) .Conclusion Patients of infrequent episodic tension-type headache are not found significant abnormality of central modulation; patients of frequent episodic and chronic tension-type headache are found significant abnormality of central modulation;abnormality of chronic tension type headache group is more significant .
