摘要
依据焊接时热应力特征,选取适当的焊接参数,实施Ti-6Al-4V平板对接电子束焊;用白光扫描分析仪,对试件焊接变形进行分析,得到试件焊接变形云图;并用取条法对焊接残余应力进行测试,分析讨论了焊接变形云图与残余应力分布之间的关系。
Based on characteristics of thermal stress in welding, the welding parameters were appropriately selected. The electron beam butt welding was implemented of Ti-6Al-4V plates. The welding deformation of specimens was analyzed by white light scanners and the welding deformation nephogram of specimens was obtained. The welding residual stress was tested by strip method. The relationship between welding deformation nephogram and residual stress distribution was analyzed.
