活性剂对低功率激光-双面TIG复合焊熔池影响规律研究

摘要 搭建了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢低功率激光-双面TIG复合焊接系统,并选择TiO2、Cr2O3、B2O3、SiO2和CaF2五种活性剂分别进行低功率激光-双面TIG复合活性焊接试验,分析活性剂种类对低功率激光-双面TIG复合焊接熔池的影响规律。结果发现:添加了活性剂的焊缝熔池形貌均有所改变;活性剂对其深宽比的影响顺序由大到小为:SiO2>B2O3>Cr2O3>TiO2>CaF2。 A system of Laser-double sided TIG hybrid welding technology was established. 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenitic stainless steel was selected as trial material for Laser-Double Sided TIG Hybrid welding experiment with five TiO2, Cr2O3, B2O3, SiO2 and CaF2. The influences of activating fluxes on the Laser-Double Sided TIG Hybrid welding pool were revealed. The results show that welding pool shape are influenced to change degrees by different kinds of activating fluxes and the sequence of influence factors impacting the weld depth to width ratio are as follows:SiO2〉 B2O3〉 Cr2O3 〉TiO2〉CaF2.
