间充质干细胞促进骨再生的生物学基础及应用 被引量:6

摘要 如何治疗骨缺损长久困扰着临床及科研工作者。现有多种方法可促进骨再生,包括自体骨移植、基因治疗、生长因子治疗及细胞治疗。其中,自体骨移植一直都是治疗骨缺损的“金标准”,然而该方法有着自体骨来源少、自体取骨处病变、不可修复大范围骨缺损的缺陷,从而限制了其临床应用范围。
