X线牙片固定定位夹的设计及临床应用 被引量:1

Design and clinical application of an intraoral film holder

摘要 目的:介绍自行设计的牙片固定定位夹并评价临床应用效果。方法:对1034例患者随机分成牙片固定定位夹辅助拍摄组(简称片夹组)和传统的牙片拍摄组(简称传统组),从目标牙齿位于图像中心、垂直角度、水平角度、X线中心位置4个方面评价2组患者拍摄的1154张牙片。结果:片夹组牙片的图像质量(甲级83.2%,乙级16.3%,丙级0.5%)优于传统组(甲级54.1%,乙级36.5%,丙级9.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:应用牙片固定定位夹拍摄X线牙片可以提高摄片质量。 Objective:A self-made intraoral film holder with positioning function was introduced and its imaging quality was evaluated. Method: 1034 patients were divided into two groups randomly. One group with 508 patients was checked intraoral radiographic film with the film holder(holder group), the other group with 526 patients was checked intraoral radiographic film conventionally (conventional group),and 1154 films were evaluated. Result:The imaging quality of holder group (rate of grade A=83.2 %, rate of grade B=16.3 %, rate of grade C= 0.5 %) was superior to conventional group (rate of grade A=54.1%, rate of grade B=36.5 %, rate of grade C=9.4 %)with statistical significance (P 〈0.001). Conclusion:The imaging quality of intraoral radiographic film was improved by the film holder.
