摘要
本文利用1996年至2011年12个省份的面板数据,实证分析了自然资源丰裕度与经济增长之间的关系,检验"资源诅咒"现象在我国是否存在。结果表明,自然资源在给部分省份带来"诅咒"的同时也给另一些省份带来了"福音",并提出了相关建议。
In this paper, panel data of 12 provinces between 1996 and 2011 are used to empirically analyze the relationship between natural resource abundance and economic growth,thereby it further tests whether the phenomenon of 'resource curse' exists in our country.The results shows that natural resources not only bring the 'curse' to some provinces but also bring the 'Gospel' to other provinces.On the basis,this paper proposes some proposals to accelerate economic development,such as improve the level of scientific and technological innovation, optimize the industrial structure, increase investment in human capitaland soon.
