摘要
畜禽遗传资源是重要的生物资源,同时畜禽遗传多样性保护对于促进农业可持续发展、满足人类多样化需求具有重要的意义。本文从国内外基因库发展概况介绍了基因库的基本现状和发展前景,重点以我国国家畜禽基因库的建立与发展、管理模式、遗传物质保存情况、基因库保种技术和群体遗传多样性等开发利用情况为实例,详细阐述了基因库在畜禽遗传资源保护中具有重要的实用价值。因此,基因库将会在今后畜禽遗传保种中发挥越来越重要的作用。
Livestock genetic resources are the important biology resources, simultaneously, the protection of genetic diversity of livestocks has important significance for promoting the agricultural sustainable development and meeting the diverse needs of human beings. In this article, it will describe the basic situation and developmental prospects of the genebank from the development of domestic and international genebanks; and focusing on the details of the national genebank in China as an example, such as the establishment and development of national livestock genebank, management pattern, preservation of genetic material, conversation technology, exploitation and utilization of the population genetic diversity, it would elaborate the important practical value of genebank in the conversation of livestock genetic resources. Therefore, the genebank would play the more and more important role in the conservation of livestock genetic resources.
