摘要
目的观察心脑宁胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组(n=46)和治疗组(n=48)。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服心脑宁胶囊,8周为一个疗程,观察心功能改善情况、中医症候疗效、6分钟步行距离及左室射血分数(LVEF)和脑钠尿舦的变化。结果与对照组相比,治疗组无论是心功能改善情况、6分钟步行距离还是中医证候疗效、血浆BNP浓度的变化均优于对照组,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05),且两组治疗后LVEF也有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论心脑宁胶囊能明显改善心衰患者的各种临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。
Objection To observe the clinical effect of Xinnaoning Capsule in treating chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods The patients with CHF were randomly divided into control group（n=46）an treatment one（n=48）.in the treatment group,the patients wer given with Xinnaoning Capsule besides the regular treament for 8 weeks.During the process,the changes of cardiac function,TCM syndrome,6 minute walk distance, BNP andLVEF were carefully studied.Results Compared with the control group,both changes of cardiac function and TCM syndromes were superior in the treatment group（P〈0.05）,and6 minute walk distance,BNP and LVEF were improved significantly（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Xinnaoning Capsule can improve the clinical syndromes dramatically,and enhance the life quality of CHF patients.
