摘要
随着工业化、城镇化进程加快和消费结构升级,我国能源需求呈刚性增长,受国内资源保障能力和环境容量制约,我国经济社会发展面临的资源环境瓶颈约束更加突出,节能减排工作难度不断加大。针对鄂尔多斯露天煤矿和灾害治理项目,探析其在开采、治理过程中实现节能减排的有效途径。
With the development of industrialization,urbanization and upgrading of consumption structure,China＇s energy demand is rigid growth.By domestic resources and environmental capacity restriction,resource and environment bottleneck constraints which China＇s economic and social development faces is more prominent; the work of energy-saving and emission reduction is increasingly difficult.The article explores the effective way to achieve energy saving and emission reduction in the process of mining and governance,aiming at open-pit coal mine and disaster management project in Ordos.
