摘要 铁炭微电解法处理印染废水,是以铁屑为阳极牺牲材料,通过阴极活性炭的催化作用,廉价高效地处理生物难降解的有机污染物。其主要影响因素有:pH值、Fe/C、铁屑量、停留时间、空气曝气量。通过研究在铁-炭的基础上添加微量铜和稀土元素,使本来在酸性条件下才能进行的降解反应,在中性、甚至微碱性条件下也可以进行。通过研究不同处理时间、铁炭比等条件,探寻最优处理条件,使处理效果达到最好。 with iron scraps as anodic sacrificial materials and activated carbon as cathodic catalysis, the Iron- carbon Micro- electrolysis technology can effectively and economically degrade persistent organic pollution in dyeing wastewater. Main influencing factors included: pH, Fe/C, iron dosage, treatment time, and aeration rate. In this study, we added trace copper and rare earth elements to the iron - carbon basis, so that degradation reaction could happen even under neutral or slightly alka- line conditions instead of acidic circumstance. Different treatment time, iron - carbon ratio and other conditions were explored in order to get the optimal process parameters.
