立井无轨运输矸石换装方案的研究与实施 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了济三煤矿在基建期间针对矸石运输中存在的从无轨到有轨转换问题 ,进行了方案分析和研究并对最终确定的方案进行了实施。拓宽了无轨胶轮车的应用范围 ,解决了困扰矿井生产建设的矸石运输问题。 A first underground coal mine in China has used a non-rail rubber tire system as a auxiliary transportation system, except some railway system in the shaft bottom and some mine roadway. Most mine roadways practiced a tire transportation system. A great amount of Rocks from the excavation of the mien roadways was taken out of the mine by the tire vehicles. In the coal refuse reloading station, a underground channel was built and a scraper chain conveyer. The refuse reloading station must be built in the mine roadways with railway system in the mine shaft bottom. The reloading should be located near the mine roadway with railway system in the mine shaft bottom, but not be located near the mine roadway with high mine car transportation. The tire vehicle will go into the reloading station with a positive direction.
